History
| 2013 | WELLD’s subsidiary Shanghai Honghang Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. was launched. |
| 2012 | WELLD’s subsidiary Shenzhen Boyijin Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. was launched. |
| 2011 | WELLD achieved the success in independently developing of the Color Doppler ultrasound, and won the Color Doppler program support from the government. |
| 2010 | WELLD reconstructed successfully listed with Hongda High-tech with stock code as 002144. |
| 2009 | WELLD moved from Nanshan District to Pingshan New District, Shenzhen, and established an industrial building as WELLD’s research center and production base. |
| June 2008 | All-digital ultrasound diagnostic systems, WED-380, WED-360, WED-660 and WED-9618C II obtained DNV CE certification. |
| July 2007 | Shenzhen WELLD Electronics Co., Ltd. was replaced by Shenzhen WELLD Medical Electronics Co., Ltd. |
| July 2007 | Full-digital ultrasound diagnostic system WED-9618plus obtained DNV CE certification. |
| March 2007 | Design patent certificate was issued to WED-3000 by SIPO. |
| February 2007 | The production approved & registration certificate for full digital ultrasound diagnostic system was issued by Guangdong FDA. |
| January 2006 | Design patent certificate was issued to WED-2000A by SIPO. |
| October 2005 | The production approved & registration certificate for WED-3000 was issued by Guangdong FDA. |
| August 2005 | WELLD obtained CE certification issued by German TUV. |
| March 2005 | WELLD was identified as Software Enterprise by Economy & Trade and Information Commission of Shenzhen. |
| September 2004 | The production approved & registration certificate for WED-2018 was issued by Guangdong FDA. |
| July 2004 | The production approved & registration certificate for WED-2000 was issued by Guangdong FDA. |
| July 2004 | WELLD was approved with ISO13485:2003 certification which was conducted by German TUV. |
| 2003 | WELLD initiated palm B-Ultrasound WED-2000 and notebook B-Ultrasound WED-2018 in China. |
| January 2003 | WELLD passed GB/T19001-2000idtISO9001:2000, YY/T0287-1996idt13485:1996 CMDC and CMD. |
| May 2002 | WELLD was identified as a high-tech enterprise at Shenzhen and at national level by Shenzhen Science & Technology and Innovation Committee, and passed reexamination conducted every year. |
| March 2002 | WELLD was identified as PRC Import-Export Enterprise by Shenzhen Bureau for Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation. |
| January 2002 | WELLD Ultrasound Diagnostic Scanner was entitled as First China Top 10 Classic Brand by China Steering Committee for Brand Management System. |
| December 2001 | Shenzhen High-tech Project Certificate was conferred to WELLD by Shenzhen Science and Technology Bureau. |

| August 1999 | The model WED-9618 and WED-9608 obtained new product & new technology appraisal certificate, and science & technology achievements appraisal certificate respectively issued by State Science & Technology Commission and Drug Administration Bureau in Guangdong Province.
